Whether you work in the commodities field or are a manager of a manufacturing company, an MBA degree may be valuable to your work. The MBA, known as the Masters of Business Administration is offered by many universities in the United States and throughout the world.

Most programs in the United States last for two years if taken full time and three to four if taken part time. Additionally, many of the programs allow you to add additional years of coursework to pair up with another graduate level discipline like law, medicine, public health or systems engineering.

What can an MBA do for you? Well, most people say it isn’t a ticket to a higher paying job, but if you apply the skills correctly, it will definitely help you go up the career ladder in your company. (more…)
